Salmon Patty Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can salmon, cleaned and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or to taste
    2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley
Preparation
    Mix salmon and cream cheese; blend well.
    Add lemon juice, onion and horseradish.
    Mix until well blended.
    Can be shaped into log, ball, etc.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Chill, serve with crackers.
