Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    3 egg whites
    2 tsp. liquid oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place cornmeal with flour in a mixing bowl.
    Add buttermilk and beat well.
    Add egg whites and oil; mix well.
    Coat muffin tins with a nonstick spray and fill 2/3 full. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 12 servings.
