Baked Chicken Breasts Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken breasts, halved and boned
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Wipe chicken breasts with damp paper towels.
    In large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
    Add chicken, coating each piece well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Remove chicken from sour cream mixture; roll in bread crumbs, coating gently.
    Arrange in single layer in shallow pan.
    Heat butter and shortening in small saucepan; spoon 1/2 over chicken. Bake chicken, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Spoon remainder of butter and shortening over chicken and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until tender.
