Ingredients

1 1/2 c. apricot nectar
2 small apricot jellos
2 jars junior apricots (baby food)
1 small frozen orange juice (6 oz.)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 c. seltzer
Preparation

Heat nectar; dissolve jello.
Add junior apricots, frozen orange juice and lemon juice.
Add seltzer.
Pour into mold.
May be served with mayonnaise-lemon juice sauce.
