Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sweetener
1/2 c. vegetable shortening or 1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. quick oats
Preparation

Cream together sweetening, shortening and eggs.
Beat well. Add pineapple and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda; add to creamed mixture.
Add oats and mix well.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
