Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. oleo
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Soften butter; add to yeast mixture along with sugar, salt, oleo, eggs, potatoes and 4 cups flour. Beat until smooth with mixer.
    Add remaining flour.
    Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead.
    Place in greased bowl; refrigerate overnight.
    Dough can be kept up to 5 days.
    Shape rolls; let rise 1 1/2 hours, then bake.
