Apple Peanut Cream Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. grated, peeled apple
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Press grated apple with paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Toss grated apple with lemon juice.
In small bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon.
Beat until fluffy and light.
Stir in apple.
Yields 1 cup.
