French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. coconut
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, melted butter, vanilla, white vinegar, pecans and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked 8 1/2 or 9-inch deep dish pie shell and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
