Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    8/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 c. taco sauce
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    and
    onions.
    Add
    cumin,
    garlic,
    chili powder, salt, pepper and water and simmer.\tPut 1/3 taco sauce on bottom of casserole,
    then 1/2 of tortillas and then 1/3 of taco sauce.
    Add beef
    mix, then sour cream and 1/2 of cheese. Place rest of
    tortillas,
    then taco sauce and rest of cheese. Cover with foil.\tBake
    40
    minutes
    at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil for the last few minutes.
