Mr. Nick'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef, coarse ground
2 medium onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed, or garlic powder may be substituted
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 oz. jar chili powder
dash of monosodium glutamate
salt and pepper to taste
flour
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large pot.
Sprinkle with flour.
(The thickness depends on amount of flour.)
Cover with water and bring to boil.
Stir and break up any big pieces of meat with spoon. Let simmer for 1 hour, the longer the better.
If it gets too thick, add water and continue to cook a little longer.
Ready to eat or let cool and freeze.
May add canned chili beans or canned crowder peas, if desired.
