Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. yellow squash, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup (don't dilute)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 grated carrots
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    8 crackers (single), crumbled
Preparation
    Mix soup, pimento, carrots, onions, salt, pepper, margarine and sour cream.
    Fold in squash.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
