Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    1 large eggplant, cooked with salt and onion
Preparation
    Drain eggplant and mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
