Homemade White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 to 6 c. bread flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat milk and butter on medium heat until very warm to touch. Put 2 cups of flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl; blend well.
    When milk is very warm to touch, pour into flour mixture and blend well for 2 minutes, with electric mixer. Gradually add enough flour until dough begins to climb your beaters.
    Mix on medium speed for 2 more minutes.
    Add 3 cups of flour and mix with a wooden spoon until well blended.
