Creamy Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. oregano (dried), crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/16 tsp. garlic cloves (instant), minced
Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in yogurt, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with raw vegetables for dipping. Serves 16.
