Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Grease baking dish.
    In mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, orange juice, milk, vanilla, sugar, salt, cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of the melted butter.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Pour into pan; melt remaining butter and add brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows and bake until browned.
    Serves 6.
