Brunswick Stew #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fryers
    1 medium onion
    4 c. chopped onions
    3 lb. ground beef, browned, washed with hot water and drained
    3 (15 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
    1 bottle barbecue sauce (I prefer smoke-flavored)
    1 c. hot chili sauce
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (I like more)
    1/2 c. flour, mixed with 1 c. water (for thickening)
    2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
    2 tsp. salt
    2 stalks celery
    chicken broth
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Add cayenne pepper if you like a little bite to this recipe and lima beans, if you like them.
