Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 strips bacon
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake two 9-inch pie shells (homemade) 3 to 5 minutes at 350\u00b0. Fry bacon, drain well on paper towel, then crumble.
    Combine eggs and milk and beat well.
    Pour into 2 pie shells.
    Add bacon and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
