Cherry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add pineapple and cherry pie filling and let gel.
For topping, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over congealed salad. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
This can be used for a dessert.
