Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Blend all the ingredients by hand.
Roll into small balls. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
Serve hot.
May be frozen until ready to bake or partially bake before freezing.
