Salmonettes Heloise (Long Time Family Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 15 oz. can pink salmon
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. (heaping) baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Open salmon and pour liquid in measuring cup and set aside. Dump salmon in bowl; add egg and mix with fork.
    Add flour and stir thoroughly.
    Take 1/4 c. salmon liquid and add baking powder. Beat with fork.
    After it has foamed, add to salmon mixture.
    Mix again with fork.
    Drop by small tsp. in hot oil.
    Done in a few seconds.
