Saucy Noodle Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (6 oz.) luncheon meat, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Roller Coasters
Preparation
    Saute luncheon meat in butter.
    Add onions, green pepper and celery; saute lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serves four to six.
