Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 c. mayonnaise (reduced fat)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 round loaf of pumpernickel bread
    1 pt. sour cream (fat-free, if possible)
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Drain.
    Press out as much water as possible. Mix all, refrigerate 24 hours.
