Cranberry Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cranberries
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted and cooled
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir in cranberries, cheese and walnuts.
Beat egg with milk and margarine. Stir into cranberry mixture and pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour or until loaf tests done.
Cool in pan at least 10 minutes.
