No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add margarine and eggs.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Grease pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
