Mushroom-Garlic Chicken With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    8 garlic cloves, crushed through a press
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dry Marsala
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add half the garlic and cook 1 minute.
    Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, 3 minutes a side.
    Remove to a warm serving platter.
