Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 heads cabbage, shredded
Preparation

Brown meat, onion, pepper and garlic together.
Drain grease. Add soup, Ro-Tel and tomatoes.
Add shredded cabbage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 45 minutes or until done.
