Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 small diced onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 cans V-8 juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix rice, onion, parsley, celery, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and egg all together.
    Then add 1/2 can of V-8 juice and blend well.
    Make into balls.
    Put meatballs in shallow pan with rest of juice.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
