Bacon And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. onion and garlic croutons
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
10 to 12 slices Bryan bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
Preparation

Coat a 9 x 11 x 12-inch casserole dish with vegetable spray. Place croutons in casserole dish and pour margarine over croutons. Sprinkle grated cheese over margarine and croutons.
Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbs evenly over dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
