Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes, diced
1 large onion
1 carrot, chopped fine
1 can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 large jar Cheez Whiz
fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Add enough water to vegetables (potatoes, carrot, onion and parsley) to cook without scorching; do not cover completely (soup will be too thin). Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft but not mushy. When potatoes are soft, turn heat up and add evaporated milk and Cheez Whiz. Once Cheez Whiz is all melted and just before serving, add butter. Be careful not to boil soup after milk is added! Enjoy!
