Chicken And Sherry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 cut up chicken breasts
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. sherry wine
1 small can mushroom pieces and stems and juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Fry chicken in oleo until brown.
Mix wine, mushrooms and soup.
Pour mixture over chicken, stirring with butter to mix. Baste over top of chicken and put in oven for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove and baste some more gravy on chicken.
Put remaining gravy in bowl and serve on rice.
