Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except tomato sauce.
    Shape into balls.
    Place in a casserole dish and cover with tomato sauce. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
