Barbecue Sauce Made Over(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil oleo (in a tub)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
    2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan. Simmer slowly, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
    Makes 1 2/3 cups.
