Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut thin
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper as desired
    3 Tbsp. shortening (oil)
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into 3/4-inch cubes and roll in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot oil.
    When meat is browned, add all other ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Good served over rice or noodles.
