Peggy'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 small pkg. Blue cheese or Roquefort cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Let all cheese soften in a large ball.
    Add onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.
    Roll into 1 large ball or 2 smaller balls or 2 logs.
    Roll in chopped pecans or chopped parsley.
    Chill and serve.
