Easy Creamy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Grease and flour 8-inch square pan.
Mix cream cheese, eggs and 2/3 cup sugar with mixer and spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven for 15 minutes.
Stir together vanilla, 3 tablespoons sugar and sour cream.
Spread on top of cheesecake and bake 10 more minutes.
Cool and chill or freeze.
If desired, top with favorite pie filling.
Can be doubled for 13 x 9-inch pan.
