Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lbs. tomatoes
13 hot peppers (jalepeno or habenera)
4 green peppers
1 1/2 lb. onions
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic (8 pressed cloves)
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 - 3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
2/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Blend all chopped ingredients along with juices in large (8 qt.) pan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Can in water bath for 10 minutes.
