Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    3 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    2 diced bananas
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all together with a large spoon.
    Do not beat.
    Grease and flour tube cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve as is or ice with butter cream icing.
