Helena'S Beau Monde Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 to 3 drops Tabasco
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
    3 to 4 green onions, cut fine
    1 tsp. Beau Monde (from specialty or gourmet shops)
Preparation
    Mix well and let stand overnight.
    Serve with all kinds of veggies. Makes 2 cups.
