Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped corn (keep warm in oven)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine;
    stir\tin brown sugar, syrup and salt. Boil 5
    minutes.
    Remove
    from
    heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and
    1/4
    teaspoon\tbaking\tsoda.
    Pour over popcorn, mixing it well to coat each piece.
    Separate pieces of popcorn and place
    a layer
    in two large baking sheets.\tBake at 250\u00b0 for 1
    hour. Cool
    completely.
    It crisps on standing.
    Store in airtight container.
