Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Melt butter in a glass casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix together sugar, milk and flour.
Pour batter in dish on top of margarine.
Spread a can of your favorite canned fruit or pie filling on top of batter, leaving batter around edges.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
