Herbed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1 bunch green onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. milk, whisk into mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and dice; cook in salted water until just tender.
    Drain, then add the rest of ingredients.
    Put in refrigerator several hours or overnight for flavors to blend. Makes 5 to 7 servings.
