Scrambled Egg Bake - cooking recipe

8 slices bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, crumbled
10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Tear up the slices of bread and set aside. Beat eggs with fork. Add milk. Brown and drain sausage (or can add sliced and sauteed mushrooms and green pepper). Add to eggs. Grate mild Cheddar cheese. Combine bread, milk, eggs, sausage and cheese and pour into pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
