Sue'S E. Z. Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large white onion, minced
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes per lb. shrimp or crawfish
    shrimp or crawfish
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until clear.
    Add cream of celery soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Simmer for at least 1 hour, the longer, the better.
    Add crawfish or shrimp; heat until ready.
