Hot Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peaches
    1 large can apricots
    1 medium bottle cherries
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 large can pears
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Layer fruit in a sprayed (Pam) baking dish.
    Mix together brown sugar, curry powder and melted butter.
    Pour this mixture over the layered fruit.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes before serving.
    This is best made a day earlier than you expect to serve.
