Creme Vichyssoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. breakfast cream
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot sauce
    white pepper to taste
    celery salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
Preparation
    Slightly brown onions in butter.
    Add potatoes, broth and salt.
    Bring to boiling point, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cool and puree in blender.
    Add milk, heat to boiling point, remove from heat and add cream and other ingredients.
    Mix well; chill.
    Serve very cold and garnish with chopped chives.
