Pumpkin Bread With Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. orange peel
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/2 to 3/4 c. pecan chips
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil and water.
    Mix well.
    Add orange peel and mix.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add nuts to pumpkin mixture and mix.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 70 minutes or until done.
    Bread springs back when lightly touched in the center.
    Cool for 15 minutes in pans. Remove bread and cool on wire rack.
    Glaze cooled loaves.
