Roast Lamb With Orzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless lamb from leg or shoulder
    1 lb. orzo, parboiled
    a little butter or oil
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in butter or oil.
    When meat is brown, add wine and spices and cook about 20 minutes.
    Transfer meat into baking pan with 1 cup of warm water.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until meat is done.
    Remove meat from pan and keep warm.
