Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pour popped corn into brown paper grocery bag.
    Take butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Mix together in a bowl.
    Cook syrup mixture on High power for 2 minutes; stir.
    Cook 2 minutes longer.
    Stir in baking soda.
    Pour mixture over popcorn.
    Shake bag extremely well and microwave on High power for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake extremely well again.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes again. Repeat process once more.
    Cool and enjoy.
