Peach Or Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. peaches or apples (and juice)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour or Bisquick mix
    1 egg
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Put apples or peaches and juice in buttered dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and egg.
    Sprinkle over fruit.
    Melt the butter and pour over top.
    Bake until brown at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
