Not Fried-Fried Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    2 egg whites
    1 c. flour
    1 c. bread crumbs (best if you make your own and leave them more chunky)
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    no-fat vegetable cooking spray (Mazola)
Preparation
    Set oven to 375\u00b0 to preheat.
    Spray baking sheet (cookie sheet size) with no-fat vegetable cooking spray graciously (pass over 2 to 3 times).
    Set aside.
